FACT and Cargill Resolve Lawsuit Regarding Turkey Marketing Claims

FACT filed a lawsuit against Cargill, Incorporated in December 2021, claiming that certain statements made by Cargill regarding its turkey production practices with respect to animal welfare and environmental responsibility were inaccurate. The case has now been resolved through mediation, and Cargill has agreed to remove or change certain statements on its website.
